If you have a registered account with sognarefashion.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders.
Simply click on the Order Tracking at the footer of SOGNARE FASHION web page. From there, enter your Order ID and e-mail which you have provided during your registration and/or order. Then click on “TRACK” and you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

Sognare Fashion works with UPS to deliver its products all over the world.

All products exclude VAT, local sales and customs taxes.
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. Sales tax amount will be added after “Proceed Checkout”, before the payment is complete.
All SOGNARE products are handmade personalized products according to the sizing information provided by our customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns on our customized and/or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Bespoke, custom and made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, a resizing / alteration service is available. This service may incur a fee.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?

How to Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘order tracking’ option at the footer of our site and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All our Sognare Products are exclusively produced for you. Please note that production time may take a while. Once your order is ready, your order will be shipped during business days, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
For any Sognare Fashion product, you may make your payment either by wire transfer or by credit card. Both options are available before you place your order.

What Happens If There Is A Pricing Error?
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Sognare Fashion expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Service team at c[email protected] or refer to our return policy.

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity and sizing information and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
All Sognare Fashion products are exclusively produced according to the given sizes of our customers and are not subject to refund.

Sognare Fashion runs a control mechanism before processing any order. This control mechanism is a general control mechanism to compare the given sizes in any order with a standart human size. The sizes which are beyond standart margins are sent to our tailors for additional control. In such case, Sognare may contact the order owner to control the given sizes of the order.
Please note that bespoke, custom and made to order items are not eligible for alterations. Therefore Sognare Fashion show uttermost attention to process any order with the correct sizing information. However, in case there is a need of resizing / alteration, this service may be provided by Sognare as long as the alteration does not effect the originality of the product. Please note that this service may incur a fee.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing at sognarefashion.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, sognarefashion.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
